Today, I watched a video by author Jerry Jenkins about writing a book.
https://youtu.be/yHKKtxliYaY It had a lot of great advice on the things you need to do to write a book. One of the items I focused on today was creating a hard deadline. I have made deadlines. But, I'm constantly missing them for no other reason than I just can. To help with my deadline maintenance, I purchased a spreadsheet. It is specifically made for tracking my progress towards meeting my deadlines. The other benefit is that I can use the information to update my website's progress meters. _______
Writing Update: In my excitement toward making concrete goals I also sat down ande completed Chapter 3 of the novella Hard Landings.
